Objective: Graduate muscle Yuhong Ointment topical in the low anal fistula wound healing process clinical effect and its mechanism . Methods : 57 patients with low anal fistula patients were randomly divided into myogenic Yuhong Ointment treatment group 31 cases and control group, 26 cases of Vaseline gauze . Anal fistula surgery three days before , the two groups are used gauze off Pink rot . From the first four days after surgery , the two groups were used myogenic Yuhong Ointment gauze, Vaseline gauze treatment , 1 day , until the wounds heal. After dressing the wound secretions observed changes in wound healing and adverse reactions. Results: The two groups had significant difference. Treatment group was significantly better than the control group , promote wound healing , reduce adverse reactions. Treatment group wound secretions from less to more , and then reduced until clean, the process of change is closely related with the wound healing process . Conclusion: myogenic Yuhong Ointment simmer pus flesh , so as to promote wound healing .
