Objective: To observe the mentor application the loquat Qingfeiyin addition and subtraction with post the Thai pills fill the umbilical therapy treatment of acne vulgaris clinical efficacy study in patients with acne vulgaris serum testosterone ( T ) , estradiol (E2) levels were observed loquat the lung decoction taken orally with Jiaotai pill fill umbilical therapy for patients with hormone levels , to explore the role of the hormone androgen in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris . Methods: 120 patients with lung and stomach blood heat syndrome patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups , the treatment group loquat Qingfeiyin addition and subtraction orally , with Jiaotai pills filled navel therapy , the control group alone Oral a loquat Qingfeiyin addition and subtraction . PASI were observed and recorded before treatment and after treatment papules, nodules and other changes in the skin lesions . Radioimmunoassay detection treatment group of 30 patients ( 15 men and women ) , 15 cases of healthy subjects ( 8 males and 7 females ) serum testosterone ( T ) , and estradiol ( E ) levels before and after treatment . Results: The cure rate of treatment group was 36.67% , 21.67% in control group , 95% of the total effective rate in the treatment group , 86.67% in the control group , the treatment group and the control group contrast significant difference in the effect of the treatment group than the control group . Before treatment, serum testosterone (T) levels were significantly increased , compared with the normal control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; the T lower level after treatment , compared with before treatment was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ), but compared with the normal group , no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Before treatment E2 levels were significantly lower compared with the normal control group , the difference was significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; E2 levels after treatment with that before treatment was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , but compared with normal group , there was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: the loquat Qingfeiyin addition and subtraction orally with Jiaotai pill to fill the umbilical therapy treatment of acne vulgaris efficacy , mechanism of action may be related to the inhibition of sebaceous gland secretion , inhibit the growth of microorganisms in the pilosebaceous units , endocrine regulation , inhibition of sebaceous hair follicles keratosis such as excessive relevant .
