Abstract


The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy , information technology . Logistics as the leading industry of the country by the national governments at all levels attach great importance to and vigorously support . Logistics development speed of a direct impact on the growth rate of the national economy , impact on the improvement of people's living standards . With the the logistics concept spread of deepening understanding of the logistics , the enthusiasm and motivation of the development of modern logistics enterprises and governments at all levels are also rising. However, due to local conditions vary , copying the experience of other countries and other regions and patterns are often difficult to obtain satisfactory results . Therefore , we must digest the results of the theory and practice of domestic and international logistics , improve and absorption clarify the general principles of the formation and development of modern logistics industry , combined with the specific reality of our country , the development of logistics management in line with China 's national conditions and methods of operation , to guide the development of modern logistics industry in China . This article as a starting point the status of the Wuhan regional development of the logistics industry , based on deep understanding of the theory and practice of domestic and international logistics , logistics phenomenon theoretically further explore the need for the construction of the Wuhan regional logistics center , feasibility and development Goals , and on this basis , to carry out a strategy on how to give full play to the role of the central city of Wuhan City, a modern economy , the construction of the integrated regional logistics center . The paper is divided into five chapters . First introduced the subject of the background , and then investigate the theory of modern logistics and logistics center based on comparative analysis of home and abroad and the development status of the logistics industry in Wuhan , pointed out the gaps in the development of the logistics industry in Wuhan , the problems and the main way to solve the problem , and secondly , pointed out the advantages and favorable conditions of Wuhan to build a comprehensive regional logistics center , combined with the theory of the development of logistics centers and Wuhan actual situation , the necessity and feasibility of building a regional logistics center in Wuhan discussed , Finally, the guiding ideology of building a regional logistics center in Wuhan , development principles , goals and development strategy .
