Abstract


The face of the current problem of the shortage of China's increasingly prominent physician-patient relationship, to improve the existing process operation is one of the methods chosen by many hospitals. For most of our hospitals, hospital workflow bottlenecks hinder the hospital the day-to-day work carried out smoothly, cause the patient to hospital for medical treatment is difficult because the process may not run smoothly, increasingly prominent doctor slow, a direct result of the low satisfaction of patients on hospital services , on the one hand, the medical staff by the beam in the process running ring true is difficult to provide efficient and effective health care services to patients; patients, on the other hand, to the hospital to see a doctor often want to waste a lot of time on the endless wait, endure the pain while also endure a long wait, a direct result of the doctor-patient intensifying. Therefore, the implementation of effective hospital process reengineering work is a priority. TOC theory is a originated in the eighties and nineties of the management philosophy of the world, and after 20 years of development, has formed a set of effective application. The TOC core concept of the theory is to grab the core issues in the management process, bottlenecks, to carry out the process reengineering work around these problems to be solved, is to grab the root cause and the source of the disease process operation, enabling resolution process essentially not functioning the Shun the problem. At the same time, for a variety of new problems that may arise in the process during operation, the new circumstances, TOC Theory reflects continuing its dynamic characteristics, it stressed that the improvement continued to discover bottlenecks drift problem that may arise in the process operation , improved process always have strong relevance to the modified work can be more in-depth, and put an end to the old problem of process reengineering floating on the surface. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. The second part is the TOC theoretical basis of discourse, the TOC theory introduces some basic concepts and the use of methods to analyze the application advantages of the TOC theory. The third chapter is an overview of the hospital process reengineering describes the current hospital processes classification, analyzing the existing problems in the operation of existing processes to explain the need for process reengineering, analysis of the feasibility of the the TOC theory and process reengineering combination. The fourth chapter is the core of this article. Including hospital based TOC theory process reengineering establishment as well as evaluating the system. Process reengineering is no longer floating on the surface, it is necessary to establish an effective recycling system, to have the operability of this chapter in the to learn TOC previous theoretical application model system, combined with the current process reengineering a core business processes for hospitals, clinics, logistical and administrative processes for the auxiliary process reengineering system. And establish a complete evaluation system to determine the evaluation index.
