Abstract


Hainan 's rural residents medical insurance has always been the Hainan provincial government highly concerned areas . This article based on the actual situation of Hainan 's rural medical security system running , thinking about the relevant theoretical and practical problems of the rural medical security in Hainan , Hainan rural medical security system to provide a feasible plan for reference . To Hainan 's rural medical security system as the research object , welfare economics theory and analyzes from the background and the status quo of China 's rural medical security system to analyze the current situation and the main problems in the development of Hainan 's rural medical security system , drawing on Germany the basis of experience in the construction of rural medical security system of countries such as Japan and India , combined with the development of Hainan rural medical security , construction of rural Medical Security System in Hainan , the \the four supplemental medical insurance system to build a program , and proposed concrete building ideas .
