Abstract

Application field experiment ecology methods research Sabina vulgaris in Mu Us Sandland scrublands, the distribution pattern of the soil resources and Sabina Boke Long ecological characteristics of sandy environment adaptability . The results are as follows : Sabina Vulgaris Shrub soil moisture , organic matter , total N, available K and available N ( available nitrogen ) nutrient content distribution with spatial heterogeneity . Scrublands, the surface layer (0 ~ 5cm) content of the soil in fine particles (0.25 ~ 0.02mm) , and soil moisture , organic matter , total N , available K and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content is relatively superior \from the inside out, shrub , decreased gradually . Scrublands lower soil moisture (20cm ) from the the thickets center to edge gradually increase . Vegetation cover, plant species and growth characteristics of the area, local soil heterogeneity have an important impact . Sabina vulgaris stolons the spacer length , branching intensity and branching angle plasticity . Ramet length , spacer length and branching intensity with stolons extended exponential model change the clonal architecture both \That Sabina vulgaris adventitious roots get resources to achieve in the stolons to top resistance and to the basic shared . Stolons been cut interference Sabina vulgaris through increased non- photochemical quenching ( NPQ ) reduce PS Ⅱ actual photochemical quantum yield (ΔF / Fm ') and apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of plasticity in response to protection sprig photosynthetic apparatus is not destroyed , and can reduce stomatal conductance in order to improve the efficiency of water use . The clonal integration role to maintain interference with ramets survival have an important role . Sabina vulgaris by photosynthetic branches and adventitious roots \Sabina vulgaris clonal plasticity behavior of resource sharing and clone division of its important ecological strategy to adapt to the Mu Us Sandland environment .
