Abstract

On a global scale, the cultural industries and trade, the rapid development of cultural industries in the gross national product growing proportion cultural trade has become an important part of international trade. However, in the current international cultural competition in the market, the large multinational culture of cultural industries in the United States and other developed countries, the Group has been in the market occupied a monopoly position. These countries under the framework of the WTO, actively promote the free trade of cultural goods and services, to cultural goods and services are sold around the world. China's cultural industry started late, weak international competitiveness of the cultural products, China's cultural trade in general there is a serious deficit, this is not commensurate with China's largest trading nation status. Faced with this adverse situation, start from the basic concepts of international cultural trade, a detailed analysis of the characteristics and status quo of contemporary cultural trade. On the basis of the analysis of the international cultural trade, the current status quo of China's foreign trade in culture, pointed out the existing problems in China's foreign trade in culture and in-depth analysis of the reasons, also illustrates the development of foreign culture trade advantage. In order to better research and development of China's foreign trade in culture, selected representative of the two countries for analysis, a cultural industries and trade of the most developed in the United States, another is similar to the Korean and Chinese cultural background. Finally, from the two levels of government and enterprises learn from the successful experience of the study and analysis of the United States, South Korea cultural trade policy, combined with the development of China's cultural industry, the development of China's foreign trade in culture countermeasures: First of all, the Chinese government To fully understand and learn about the rules of the World Trade Organization and UNESCO. Under the free trade rules of the United States-led culture, the cultural industry in China started late, weak international competitiveness of the cultural products, therefore, not passively accept the rules, should be actively involved in the formulation of the rules of international cultural competition, improve the domestic policy support system, especially in the field of intellectual property legislation to improve the protection of intellectual property rights, and strengthen law enforcement, promote the innovation of the domestic cultural products. Secondly, the Chinese cultural enterprises overall weaker, lack the experience of participating in international competition. In this case limited strength, the Chinese cultural enterprises must first clear target market, target market research. Under the conditions determined by the target market, using the full range of marketing tools to launch their own cultural products. Cultural enterprise development process, combined with market demand, continue to strengthen the independent innovation, the implementation of brand strategy. Under the guidance and support of the government to speed up the training and the introduction of professionals, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve a lasting and stable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to strive to improve the international competitiveness of China's cultural enterprises and products, to change the current status quo of China's foreign trade in culture, to promote the development of China's foreign trade in culture, and our country as soon as possible to become the world's cultural trade power.
