Abstract


Objective: To derive ultrasound by the pyloric geometric model determination of Helicobacter formula for the volume , and to explore its accuracy and clinical feasibility . Methods: According to the pylorus imaginary cylindrical geometry model , mathematical analysis derived ultrasound determination of the pyloric volume calculation formula : PV = pi PL , MT ( PD - MT ) . Application of the formula , in vitro experiments with B ultrasound rabbit pyloric actual volume V 30 from rabbit the pyloric volume V measured with the water displacement method measured real comparison , to verify its accuracy ; body measurements , preoperative B- the pyloric volume V measured ultrasound and surgery in 30 cases of children with HPS , the actual determination the pyloric volume V of surgery to verify the clinical feasibility . Results : ( 1 ) B super pyloric volume was measured error absolute error - 1.06 ml of ± (0.38 ml) were added at 0 ° C under a nitrogen atmosphere ( range - 0.45ml - 1.75 ml ) , and the relative error in vitro experiments : -19.39% ± 4.84% ( range -10.2 % to -30.6 % ) ; in vivo measurement , the absolute error of ± 0.60ml 0.18ml ( 0.93 ml of of the range - to 0.65ml ) , the relative error of -3.36 % ± 14.20 % ( range -30.5 % to 23.5% ) . (2) in vitro experiments , the B super measured the rabbit pyloric volume value V measured with rabbit pyloric actual volume value V real ( r = 0.891 , P lt ; 0.05 ; V measured = -0.422 0.89V real ) and in vivo measurement pyloric , B super the pyloric volume values ??measured V ultrasound surgery measured actual volume value V surgery ( r = 0.947 , P lt ; 0.05 ; V ultrasound = 0.082 0.95V surgery ) there is a good correlation . Conclusion: The application by the pyloric cylinder model deduced from the pyloric volume formula : lt ; WP = gt ; PV = pi PL MT ( PD - MT ) , B super accurate measurement of pyloric volume , and the operation is simple , repeat good , clinically practical value .
