Abstract


Along with China's economic takeoff , the income of Chinese residents increased substantially , household savings has reached 8 trillion yuan , a lot of people the funds urgent need to find investment channels . However , should the stock market as a major capital investment channels for residents attracted only a small part of the inhabitants of funds into residents' holdings of stock proportion is far lower than developed countries . The residents funds not dare to enter the stock market for many reasons , including the expected rate of return of the stock market in China is highly uncertain , the risks and benefits of asymmetry is the most direct reason . It makes the development of China 's stock market is subject to many adverse effects . Most of the articles on the construction of the stock market in the past stood in the perspective of managers to analyze, less standing the residents ( investors ) in terms of analysis of the development of China 's stock market . This paper attempts to take advantage of the expected theoretical analysis of the expected rate of return uncertain impact on investor behavior, as well as the choice of investor behavior on the development of the stock market , which made some of the recommendations of the construction of China 's stock market .
