The experiment was divided into two parts: The first part : Oral Hp and chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer Objective : To investigate the oral Hp and chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer Methods: rapid urease test to determine the oral Hp, using 14 C- urea breath test to measure gastric Hp. Results: The risk of Hp-related chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer patient's mouth without Hp Hp positive rate associated with chronic gastritis , peptic ulcer patients , and the time required for a positive result was also significantly shorter than non- Hp-related chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer patients. Conclusion : Oral Hp and chronic gastritis , peptic ulcer correlated , oral is another important habitat Helicobacter pylori , and gastric Helicobacter pylori infection.
