Objective To study the rheumatoid arthritis ( rheumatoid arthritis , RA ) wrist MRI and clinical value . The results of 43 patients , MRI visible synovial thickening , pannus hyperplasia , pannus significantly strengthen the 38 cases , 21 cases of bone marrow edema , joint effusion in 37 cases of bone destruction in 30 cases . Group of bone marrow edema , joint effusion group , pannus significantly strengthen the group with no corresponding performance group is very significant in the blood sedimentation rate , health assessment questionnaire the question (HAQ score ) , the patient's overall assessment (AIMS), the number of swollen joints aspects differences significant, P < 0.05 . Conclusion MRI can show the pathological changes of rheumatoid arthritis , and MRI findings have some clinical value in the prognosis of the disease .
