Mental health patients: 58.4% of patients with varying degrees of outpatient mental problems, 29.07% and 34.13% of anxiety and depression, univariate and multivariate analysis with mental health-related risk factors, women, farmers, suffering from medical illness, physical illness longer duration; 59.2% of hospitalized patients with varying degrees of mental psychological problems, common mental disorder with anxiety (31.34%), depression (34.97%) and organic brain syndrome (6.6%) ; inpatient mental health risk factors a woman, retired, somatic disease duration, severe illness, suffering from medical diseases. Outpatient and hospitalized patients, medical patients are at most mental health problems, the most significant. Clinicians identify depression in hospitalized patients was 4.12% (4/97), the processing rate of 25% (1/4); recognition rate for anxiety 11.9% (9/67), treatment rate of 33.3% (3 / 9); pair of organic brain syndrome recognition rate of Shanxi Medical University Master thesis 22.1% (15/68), the processing rate of 40% (6/15). Psychiatric consultation rate is very low (only 0.6%), the vast majority of mental disorders were missed leakage governance. Mental health services in general hospitals drawbacks: the traditional biomedical model entrenched psychiatric unappreciated; medical staff of mental health knowledge and practical skills shortage, poor awareness of mental health services; single form of psychiatric services, quality, and efficiency is not high; knowledge of mental health patients and their families scarcity, there is prejudice against mental illness. On this basis, the following recommendations: For administrative leadership at all levels should increase the awareness of mental health services, the development of appropriate rules and regulations, so that mental health services are standardized, systematic; against medical personnel knowledge of mental health training to improve the identification of mental disorders and processing capabilities; psychiatrists should actively carry out consultation liaison work, promote cooperation between physicians and subjects; conduct science of mental health promotion, so that the content and manner of psychiatric services is widely recognized and accepted.
