In this paper, for the purpose of Green Synthetic Chemistry, focuses on a urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, 3,3 '- alkylene two Diglycolamidic D -2 - acid esters of green synthesis, reaction mechanism and crystal structure. Since urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive raw materials readily available, inexpensive, high bonding strength advantages, has been widely used in the sheet metal industry. Currently using urea-formaldehyde resin binder is a common problem of free formaldehyde, unstable quality, all kinds of plywood, wood products and furniture is often experienced long-term formaldehyde release, not only pollute the environment, damage to people's health, but also seriously hampered the healthy development of sheet metal industry.
