Abstract

Many research reports , Games, caused by the large number of free radicals generated in turn attacks the body biofilm system , resulting in cell structure damage and dysfunction . Extract of Pine Needles is an efficient and non-toxic natural antioxidants , it is a natural anti- oxidant rich in vitamin E, vitamin C , β - carotene and flavonoids compounds proanthocyanidins . The objective of this study is to reveal the Extract of Pine Needles radical defense system of the mice of the movement , athletic ability , and glucose metabolism pine needle extract provided the experimental basis for the development in the field of sports medicine applications , and sport and health drinks, food . Experimental Kunming mice ( male and female ) as experimental subjects, increasing load swimming training methods to build endurance sports model . Determination of myocardial tissue , liver tissue , and quadriceps in SOD , MDA , T -AOC in serum LA , LDH , BUN , liver tissue and quadriceps muscle glycogen . The experimental results show that : ( 1 ) high-intensity endurance training after taking pine needles Hb content of the extract in mice was increased pine needle extract Hb content decreased in the high-intensity endurance training can improve Hb levels in mice significantly rise , increase aerobic capacity . Mouse blood urea nitrogen were significantly lower than the control group ( 2 ) taking pine needle extract , pine needle extract can reduce movement mice protein catabolism rate , to maintain muscle strength and delay the onset of exercise fatigue . ( 3) pine needle extract can increase mice sugar reserves to ensure energy supply of the central nervous system , movement and muscle tissue and delay the onset of exercise fatigue and improve exercise capacity . (4 ) pine needle extracts of mouse heart tissue , liver tissue, muscle tissue showed significant anti-lipid peroxidation and free radical scavenging ability . Showed the same antioxidant enzyme activities of different organizations within the same state , the same antioxidant enzymes in different states in the same organization activity . Conclusion : pine needle extract has strong anti-lipid peroxidation , scavenging free radicals , which can improve some of the adverse effects of endurance training on the body to produce , and thus improve exercise capacity .
