Abstract


The vault is one of the important projects of the Gymnastics Competition province , China 's women gymnasts is a relatively weak project , whether it is the difficulty of value , quality of movement , floor stability , there are many problems . From the development trend of the vault , the vault Arab Spring handspring class action is the vault of a development direction and focus on the important position . In this paper, literature research , survey research methods of access and movement biomechanics and comparative analysis of Shanxi Province, North China Cooperation Zone vault competition athletes Deng Shaojie , the Suria and the Tianjin athletes Zhang Ruoping , Wang Lu Four elite athletes Arab Spring back handspring class action in the run-up , jumping , pushing Hands vacated aspects kinematics comparative analysis to identify its technical features and comparative analysis of handspring with elite athletes at home and abroad vault Arab Spring class action identify the shortcomings of the 4 samples , mainly in the following areas : ( 1) run-up speed is low ; ( 2 ) pedal kicking stage knee , the ankle is not fully extended ; the stage Jianbi ( 3) push - explosive poor inadequate , shoulder , hip stretch . The result pushed away from the angle is too small to affect the height of flight , the final impact of the vault competition results . This study was designed for the province , the women's the vaulting horse riding jump and Pushing Hands training to provide a theoretical basis for improving and to the perfect vault technology to improve the level of training services , thus contributing to the province , the improvement of the technical level of China 's women's vault .
