Abstract


Accession to the WTO China has entered a new period of development of economic globalization and scientific and technological globalization , which marked China's high-tech enterprises in science and technology plan guidance and preferential policies to support the development of the era has ended , enterprises will directly face the international high-tech multinationals market competition . The face of a large number of internationally renowned high - tech multinational companies to enter China's high-tech enterprises to achieve rapid and sustainable development in the future fierce competition in the international market environment , not only to have a good strategic management level , but also has a strong advantage and core competitiveness . The article is based on this consideration , the enterprise advantage theory way of thinking and further research , high-tech enterprises in the strategic choice of the different stages of development ideas and methods . In this paper , on the basis of comprehensive appraisal of existing domestic and foreign enterprises strategic management theory and advantage theory research , based on the comprehensive advantages of the theoretical ideas through systematic analysis of the relevant factors of the comprehensive advantages of high-tech enterprises , design high-tech enterprise integrated the advantages of the principle of evaluation index system, and the use of radial basis artificial neural network ( RBF - ANN ) method , the use of typical high-tech enterprise data network training , which made the comprehensive advantages of the intelligent classification of a new high-tech enterprises methods . In this paper, the intelligent evaluation method to the comprehensive advantages of the evaluation of empirical research on the part of high-tech enterprises , and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the results of the evaluation , the strategic analysis of the comprehensive advantages of the development of state -based high-tech enterprises and Strategic Choice the methodology , to guide our high-tech enterprises to make full use of internal and external resources , conditions and opportunities , better shape and improve the comprehensive advantages of enterprises to participate in market competition . This study timely and accurate understanding and mastering the advantage of the level of development of high-tech enterprises and dynamic , the appropriate choice of development strategy has a positive reference .
