Abstract

When the so-called executive compensation refers to the administrative body in discharging their duties , on the inevitable damage to the legitimate interests of citizens , shall be compensated by the appropriate administrative authorities to compensate for the loss of the victim's interest in the legal system . In other countries, many developed countries have established a relatively complete system of administrative compensation system , and formed a relatively complete theoretical system . China's administrative compensation system experienced from scratch , from relative obscurity to a clearly defined course of this development , but the current system of administrative compensation is not perfect, there are still large room for improvement. Firstly, the administrative compensation system in detail the basic legal combing carefully examine the nature of administrative compensation system , features and theoretical basis in order to provide a theoretical basis for writing below .
