Abstract

Laws in Tang Dynasty \Legal traditions and spirit through before Tang dynasty accumulated precipitation, and has firmly cohesion in the Tang Dynasty Code \Tang 's Laws ethical spirit of the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing produced had a profound impact, modeled after the ancient criminal law.
