Abstract


Since the 1990s , as China's reform and opening to change the deepening of the socialist market economic system in the process of continuous improvement for the efficient allocation of labor resources has played a positive role in guiding . As a product of the development of market economy , migration has become more frequent , the increasing scale of the floating population , has become an unavoidable large social groups , by the widespread concern in society . Migration to regional socio-economic development has a certain influence . In this paper, Hebei particularity of geographical location , combined with demography, sociology, statistics , and other related disciplines, theoretical knowledge, mainly through the fifth census data and 2005 1% population sample survey data in Hebei finishing calculations, respectively, from the province of population mobility , inter-provincial migration , migrants constitute a change in the perspective of the reasons underlying analysis, the flow characteristics of the floating population in Hebei Province , on the basis of further analysis of Hebei population Mobility and socio-economic the relationship between the development , and thus raised from the following aspects to promote the orderly flow of population related Hebei Province countermeasures : a correct understanding of population movements , constantly optimize the relevant policies, efforts to promote the flow of talent rationalization , adhere to the migration into urban development planning . Through the current situation and its impact on the population in Hebei Province in-depth analysis , you can better promote Hebei population movements towards legalization and standardization development , but also for the overall planning and social harmony in Hebei Province has played a positive role.
