Abstract


Recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the arrival of knowledge’s economy and information age promote the global economic integration. The international communication becomes close and frequent. The foreign language teaching has a great significance to promoting international communication and development and maintains the world peace. English as a tool is receiving the widely attention and value from the society day by day. But in recent years, we often meet some problems such as some students were interested in English and had great confidence to study at the very beginning, but along with vocabulary increased and the level of teaching material were increased, they will meet some difficulties and obstacles from low grade to high grade, then this will cause frustrations and be tired of studies which result in the polarization among them. Especially in junior two, some students fallen out and failed in the examination, the will of English learning is frustrated seriously and cause the grade go down. This make the students lost the interest of learning, and it also frustrates the self-confidence of the students, and it will cause much more obstacles to teachers’teaching. As a teacher who is engaged in English teaching so many years, I think it is very necessary to help students find the difficulties in English learning, and anal size the reasons of the frustrations the students meet in English learning. The key is to find the solutions from these difficulties, and carry out the strategies to help the students go out of the tough, raises students’anti-setback ability and the study English interest, and sets up the self-confidence. This study has a series of advantages and probabilities to me—a head English teacher with 20 years teaching experience. In order to study and carry out the English study setback’s strategy effectively, English teachers need to realize the current situation of students’frustration, the negative influence of studying frustration, anal size the subjective and objective causes of frustrations the students meet, and complete the overall quality of English teachers and finally find out the strategies to frustrations of junior high students, it will make a certain promotion to education and the students’long life development.
