With the digital electronic’s coming ,new technology and new commodities will influence our life more and more。Possessing a new digital commodity is a new mode, no doubt, digital camera is more closely to our life。Digital camera shows advantage to traditional Camera because of it’s special function。Digital camera has five differences from traditional camera: making-technique, effect of the screen, speed of the screen, medium of the storage, mode of the output. Their difference is the mode of the medium of the storage. The following is their working-course:Traditional-camera: lens-> filmDigital –camera: ccd->dsp->memory-cardIt is same in the screening-scenery, this part includes following parts: lens, light, guiding-light , so it is no differences in their appearance, it is quite difference in mode of the medium of the storage. Traditional camera uses film; digital camera uses memory cards.Digital camera has several parts: optics lens, charge couple device , A/D , MCU, memory, LCD, mobile-memory。It has several advantages: seeing the shot immediately, do not considering the shot cost, the stable picture quality , the less picture storage.For possessing above advantages, digital camera develops quickly, especially the use in the digital camera. Those attract the eyes of the consumer. At present , digital camera develops slowly in our country, however, digital camera develop quickly abroad . it because our semiconductor industry develops slowly. It is difficulty to produce chips of the camera. But abroad, big company such as SONY,NEC,TOSHIBA,SAMSUNG,NEC all produce their own chips. For the constraints of the our lab, we use taiwan’s chips to demodulation and finish timing control. With semiconductor industry’s developing ,some company produce single chips <WP=55>including picture demodulation and timing-control. Those chips will reduce the size of the commodity and increase the commodity’s credibility. So digital camera will develop quickly.The thesis aims at digital camera display circuit mainly ,moreover, designs a display circuit suit for 1.7 inch LCD 。It uses DVD to input video , the circuit drive the LCD successfully. Introducing video’s character。Because of we use DVD。we narrate the composite video’s components, it includes video, field/ horizontal synchronization signal. Picture signal includes Y/C, demodulate those two signals into a new signal ,then add field/ horizontal synchronization signal, thus we get the composite video. Moreover, introducing digital camera’s former possessing circuit , it can produce composite video. in this part, we narrate the property of the CCD, it can convert light intensity into electronic’s signal. Thus produce RGB signal. In accordance of the color formula, possess a new picture signal. It adds up field/ horizontal synchronization signal and become composite video .Designing the camera power circuit , we use +5v battery to supply camera , but camera needs several kinds DC to work ,so we must use DC/DC to produce several kinds DC。we narrate several parts: the concept of the converter, the frame of the converter module. Design DC/DC circuit using converter module. At last we give the accurate circuit using TL1451 and give the important testpoint’s waveform.in term of the frame of the digital camera. Design a circuit made of chips. In this part, we narrate the frame of the circuit of the digital camera driver’s circuit. we use some chips making the digital camera’s driver circuit and analyze the circuit’s principle deeply。In this part, we narrate the principle of the whole driver circuit. the working course of the IR3Y29BM and the working course of HX8801. at last we give the interface’s waveform.
