Abstract


Learning Assessment is an important part of teaching and learning activities , the activities of a modern education indispensable part . Learning needs assessment, no evaluation of learning is blind study . PE class is one of the university foundation courses , its purpose is to establish better nurture students to become moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic all-round development of socialist builders and successors . In view of the development of public physical education students in university teaching and an important role, therefore, it is necessary to study PE class scientific and objective evaluation . However, with the teaching reform, evaluation of existing content and mode of learning has clearly exposed its drawbacks , and new teaching deviates from the guiding ideology . This study first analyzes the educational evaluation theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory . Historical context of the evaluation of education , definition of education evaluation at home and abroad , learning evaluation of innovative approaches to the evaluation of public physical education learning guiding ideology and objectives and other aspects are described. Since public physical education learning own particularity , its evaluation of the content , methods are complex and comprehensive features . Therefore, in order to ensure scientific and objective evaluation , which really helps motivate evaluation , feedback and other functions, this application of fuzzy mathematics fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for learning evaluation . Based on evaluation theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, through the evaluation index system , membership identification, determination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed public physical learning evaluation system. Determined using AHP evaluation system of each sub- index weights , developed a public physical learning fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the mathematical model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the model discussed in the public sports learning evaluation . Finally, based on the evaluation system has been constructed and built fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in the Windows system environment to Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the back-end database , using the Visual Basic language program for PE class learning assessment system is studied .
