Abstract


The development of vocational education is an important way to improve the country's competitiveness, promoting employment and economic development . In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of enrollment of higher vocational education in China has entered the popular stage, the deepening of understanding of the various schools of higher vocational education connotation , and actively explore new training model , steadily improving the quality of teaching . But in the process of rapid development of higher vocational education , vocational education funding , because the state has invested a lack of funds, vocational colleges limited capital accumulation in acute shortage , which led to the school infrastructure is weak , the experimental training conditions behind , faculty development issues such as lack of financial resources to ensure a serious impact on the improvement of the quality of personnel training . In Germany , Australia , the United States , Singapore and other developed countries , because there is a sound legal guarantee , the government financial support of social forces to widely participate in school , get healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education . And the purpose of our current financing channels , the main channel of the central and local financial investment status weakening , tuition income is no longer room for growth , and to obtain loans from banks and other restrictions there are many conditions , these all contribute to the financing of vocational colleges in China difficult , the main reason for the poor financing channels . Therefore , China must learn from the successful experience from abroad , and create an environment conducive to the financing of vocational colleges , innovation financing system , financing methods , in order to effectively solve the development challenges facing vocational education . In this paper, the theory with the actual analysis , from the point of view of the capital requirements , the conditions of the status quo of Chinese Higher Vocational Colleges on the need for vocational education to increase capital investment ; From the point of view of the supply of funds , traditional vocational colleges financing channels , a comprehensive analysis, summed up the limitations of the current financing channels Based on the successful experience in education summarizes learn from professional experience of developed countries , combined with the financing of vocational colleges in China the status quo , the financing model of the two main bodies of the government and vocational colleges , recommendations and measures proposed method of financing reform and innovation .
