Abstract


With the high-speed increasing number of college graduates each year , the medical college graduates in China in 2009 reached 108 million people , medical students more prominent employment problem . Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine is only an ordinary medical undergraduate colleges in Gansu Province , located in the northwest inland economically underdeveloped Gansu Province , Gansu saturated job market very limited capacity to absorb Medical Graduates . How to solve the problem of employment of college graduates , the core issue of this paper . The difficult employment triggered solve the employment of university students of theoretical study and practical exploration, has made a lot of results , which colleges and universities for the industry , college students as the product \employment of College Students theory researchers , practitioners , and society as a whole is widely recognized. In this thesis, the case of Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine , conducted a survey of analysis of employment and influencing factors of the 426 graduates of the 2009 session of the medical class of Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine . The paper is divided into seven parts : First, on the the marketing theory STP theory and marketing mix 4P theory are reviewed , and the employment of college graduates marketing research are described . Specific case studies, the Gansu College Graduate , employment status , the main difficulties faced by its causes and expand the target market Gansu College of Graduate Students in the STP analysis followed by analysis of the status of the employment of college graduates in Gansu Province , . Based on the above analysis, Gansu College of the employment target market expansion strategy , and concludes with a protection mechanism for the implementation of employment target marketing strategies recommended .
