Abstract


The cultural industry’s development is inseparable from the development strategy support of human resources. Especially, for the traditional cultural industry, talent shortage has become one of the main factors that restrict its development. Many of the traditional culture are facing the Embarrassment of“NO successor”. Training with the understanding, developing, business culture resources vision, courage and ability of the culture industry talents, is the fundamental guarantee inheritance and the revitalization of traditional culture industry.The town named Zhenhu in Suzhou city is the industrialization practice area of Suzhou embroidery, which has basically formed industrial clusters by decades of development. Nowadays,Zhenhu embroidery is facing an industry to protect and develop meanwhile the shortage of qualified personnel in urgent situation in the new round of development of cultural industry.In order to protect the cultural heritage, rich local economy and solve farmers’employment under the realistic background, current development situation and talent situation of Zhenhu embroidery industry in Suzhou is elaborated in this article. The author made an deep analysis from the industrial characteristics, social reality, training mode, trying to solve the problems including high skill talent slants little, creative design talent shortage, unreasonable age structure of present Zhenhu embroidery industry professionals. At the same time, according to the intangible cultural heritage protection and industry to higher levels of development needs, it undertook forecasting to Zhenhu embroidery industry talent demand, and proposed Zhenhu embroidery industry to implement talent strategy planning and related countermeasures and suggestions.
