Abstract


According to the needs of the structural engineering field detection technology innovation , developed in the paper during a set amount of deformation and displacement can be automatic high-precision measurement and analysis of remote measurement system - ZM - PD- I type deformation measuring instrument . Of analysis of environmental conditions , the special deformation measurement requirements of detection conditions on the project site , through the light measured mechanical direction of research and demonstration , select the digital speckle correlation measurement methods , the development of the ZM-PD-I -type instrument hardware system ; independent preparation of microcomputer software , the amount of deformation measurement and analysis of to explore measuring distance , viewing angle and ambient vibration measurement accuracy . The laboratory calibration assessment test showed that the resolution of the instrument fully meet the requirements of the engineering survey . Measuring the deflection of the bridge carrying the system in three key projects in the province , anti - camber of prestressed beam and steel - concrete ring beam structure temperature deformation , and played an important role in the quality of the project identification and technical guidance , which also shows the significance of the technical and economic research .
