Abstract

Dynamic balance emendation is a very important working procedure in manufacturing of rotor. In this dissertation, some technology in realization the NC system, which is used to adjust dynamic balance of rotor, is studied. And the procedure of the realization is described detailedly. In chapter 1, the purpose and the significance of dynamic balance emendation are expounded as well as the development of the technology at home and abroad is summarized. Further more the aim and task of the paper are determined. In chapter 2, the balance theory of rigid rotor is narrated. And the imbalance type and the expression of imbalance quantity of rotor are introduced. In chapter 3, the means of dynamic balance emendation and the source of error are discussed, through Matlab the effect of error are simulated. In chapter 4, the realization of dynamic balance emendation system is introduced, which includes dynamic balance test system, data acquiring system and dynamic balance revising system. Firstly, the total design of the system is described, and then, dynamic balance test machine, data acquiring board, the design of the revising system and the design of system software are introduced in detail. At last the test result is analyzed. In chapter 5, a means to revise the error based on neural network(NN) is introduced in theory. And a Back-Propagation type neural network is created under the Matlab environment. After training with teacher data we acquired a good training result. And the simulating result shows that application of NN in the system is promising. In chapter 6, main achievements of this dissertation are summarized and the future research work is given out.
