Abstract


The new curriculum system for basic education in China has entered a stage of full implementation . The new curriculum system in the course objectives , features, content , structure , implementation , evaluation and management of major reforms. This series of reform , and ultimately have to rely on teachers in teaching practice to achieve , to improve curriculum reform key to success lies in teachers . Therefore , re- evaluate the professional quality of the physical education teachers is necessary to put forward to improve the quality of teachers' professional approach . This article describes the background of the new curriculum reform and innovation of the new course , and then clear the new demands and challenges of new curriculum for middle school PE teachers . Then , the challenges faced by physical education teachers conduct a comprehensive investigation of Zhengzhou City middle school PE teacher professionalism , analysis and research . The results showed that : Zhengzhou City middle school PE teachers in pedagogical knowledge , developed and implemented teaching programs, instructional design , teaching evaluation , classroom organization and management , rational use of the method of teaching , scientific research, use of modern teaching techniques , self there are some problems and deficiencies . These bound to affect the smooth progress of reform and development of the new curriculum . Solve these problems, the multiple dimensions and angles some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures want to be able to provide some reference for the Zhengzhou City middle school PE teachers ' professional training to improve teacher training and college sports .
