Abstract


The core point of contractual administration in the privatization of public administration is its justification. As of now, the use of contractual administration as a kind of non-position administration had came true all over the world. This situation represents the development trend and the inner spirit of modern administrative.Chinese academic field lacks interest on contractual administration. Meanwhile, there are a great many arguments on basic understanding of these phenomena. Further, because of lack of relevant statutory regulation, the application of contractual administration is radically out of the question. On the basis of analyzing the perspective of the contractual administration, this article will come up with its doctrines and its specific legislative formulations.
