Abstract


PLC has a reliable , full-featured application flexibility advantages of easy maintenance , the PLC as a high-performance control unit , in a distributed system has been more widely used . This distributed system in a variety of ways , there is a direct configuration software with the host computer communication , using a dedicated expert system . But for small -scale control systems , it is more important to find a cost-effective means of communication . Short message services business as a fundamental business of the GSM network has been more and more attention of system developers . Also quickly developed a variety of applications based on short message . Mobile terminal makes sense to set up remote interactive platform and PLC controller , the form of a short message (SMS) with the GSM network . It is easy to carry , easy to use , network coverage , pricing and other prominent advantages . This system is a microcontroller as the core , on the basis of the existing GSM network to establish a remote monitoring system used to monitor the on-site PLC system . User in the form of a short message in the present system the control command sent to the short message service center , and then forwarded by the short message service center to the GSM wireless modem , communication through the GSM module and the microcontroller , the remote mobile terminal with site PLC system data exchange , and ultimately can easily realize the remote monitoring of the target system . This paper discusses the application of PLC automatic control system based on the the TC35I short message remote control system . The design hardware including PLC automatic control systems , micro- controllers, wireless GSM SMS module . Software design mainly includes several parts : PLC , C8051F340 and wireless GSM SMS module communication interface design, communication software design of each sub - function modules , codecs short message instruction program design , RTX51 transplant and host computer interface design . FBI Finally , the system , the system function analysis , debugging results to achieve the desired goal . The remote monitoring system low power consumption , cost savings , easy to expand , has good practical value . PLC system on-site through the Remote mobile terminal equipment to achieve remote monitoring .
