Abstract


Remote Monitoring Robot Expert Services System is a kind of new robot system which is based on the technology of robot, Internet, senses, to extend the intelligence and ability of human to the remote site where the digital equipment is. This research project is to develop a new robot technology which is combined with remote fault monitoring, forecasting and diagnostic techniques. the purpose of using the remote network system in the implementation of on-site surveillance equipment, is to meet modern the need of support by remote machine experts more faster and efficient, shorten the cycle equipment maintenance, increase productivity and economic efficiency, and achieve to get the new field of technology by using network communication technology, robot technology, expert technical knowledge in the same system. This system research project of RMRESS. is to achieve two main functions: First, the operator can do testing and debugging digital equipment, and other maintenance functions work by using Remote Monitoring Robot Platform. Secondly, the other purpose is that the use of Remote Monitoring Expert Robot Platform to build the scene of exchanging and getting Communication with remote experts by network support system.According to the functional requirements of the project, I search as much information available as I can by reading technology article in the range of monitoring and network robot. We design the entire system model and robot system hardware/software,with the purpose of finishing the work of testing and debugging digital equipment, and the users can get within expert-level equipment maintenance, technical support services in a short time. In the design project of the Remote Monitoring Robot System the remote operation can get the information of the environment and the equipment by types of monitoring equipment and sensors which are equipped by robot for data acquisition (such as through the camera equipment on the key components for multi-angle monitor, for the failure of the part, Can use various types of sensors on the equipment running temperature, noise, vibration and other signals collection). The robot can send the real-time images and other inspection data through the network environment to the remote expert quickly, and give the help experts for remote diagnosis and analysis. At the same time, technical experts can also get in communication with the remote workers by the system of robot when the time of equipment troubleshooting. Because of the using of Remote Monitoring Robot Platform, the enterprises can greatly help their technical staff to remote equipment maintenance, technical exchange, and save lots number of travel time, reduce staff travel costs and equipment Maintaining working hours. For the upgrading the various economic benefits and efficiency, the RMRESS. is quite positive.
