Abstract


C02 gas shielded arc welding is the most widely used welding methods . But it is the prevalence of to splash the problem . The splash the problem can be resolved from non-electric and electric . The electrical aspects of the solution , based on the development of high-power electronic devices have been proposed Surface Tension Transfer (STT) waveform control method . It can accurately than the conventional control method of any effectively inhibit splash . CO2 body protection based on the Gaussian function welding current and voltage curves merit to identify the best curve and curing in the SRAM to track through a two-dimensional fuzzy controller optimization curve to C02 gas shielded arc welding STT wave control method . First, dimensional fuzzy controller with Matlab simulation to verify the correctness of the fuzzy control rule table ; Then, the main circuit and differential amplifier circuit simulation using Multisim200l to verify the feasibility of the PWM chopper circuit and selection of the differential amplifier circuit amplifying device to suppress the zero drift . Then designed the experimental apparatus of CO2 gas shielded welding STT wave control hardware and software systems . Experiments show that proposed in this paper to suppress the splash program correctness . The simulation work done in this paper prove the feasibility of this paper, C02 gas shielded arc welding STT waveform control law programs : the experimental system and lay the foundation for future practical applications .
