Abstract


The environmental impact of the reservoir area factor is complex , and the various factors between the interaction and impact . The environmental impact is the generation of construction of reservoirs that may arise after the physical , chemical , biological , social and economic environment, the system of any changes or new environmental conditions . The Reservoir Area Environmental Impact Assessment is after the implementation of the project intended to build a reservoir of the possible environmental impact of the systematic identification , prediction and evaluation . The Reservoir Area Environmental Impact Assessment study included the following aspects : 1 . The environmental impact of the establishment of the Environmental Impact Assessment System system is a complex system composed of many environmental factors , the application of AHP evaluation target their properties broken down into a number of sub- systems , and subsystems individually decomposed into several judgments environment factor, so that the formation of a multi-layer structure from the highest level to the lowest layer by layer plays a dominant role , qualitative analysis and description of the environment composed of the main effects of the environment . This paper evaluation system by the environment in general , environment subsystems , environmental composition and environmental factors four levels . 2. Model application of environmental impact assessment environmental expert evaluation system to determine the relative importance of the various elements of the same hierarchy , the same layer factors between a chain, judgment matrix , derived by calculating the judgment matrix eigenvectors compare the relative factor importance , i.e. weight . Then , set up the fuzzy evaluation model based on the fuzzy set theory , this model is affected by a variety of things factor to make a comprehensive evaluation of an effective decision-making method . 3. Environmental impact assessment of the Longtan Hydropower Station on the basis of the full analysis of the environmental impact factor of the Longtan Hydropower Station , the establishment of a system of environmental impact assessment , to determine the weight of each grade impact factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the environmental impact of the Longtan Hydropower Station . The conclusion is : Longtan Hydropower Station is just a general impact on the environment , will not cause greater environmental changes , Longtan Hydropower Station have a greater impact on water quality , river siltation , fish migration and reservoir resettlement , environmental protection design should be done to fully consider .
