Depth study, the dispersion of the glass fibers was filtered through glass fiber dispersed solution of PET , with a solution for preparation of the uniform dispersion of a high content of glass fibers PET composite preparation process parameters were determined . And to study the dispersibility of the glass fibers , the glass fiber content, the glass fiber length , KH550 the influence of the coupling agent on the properties of PET composite , and sodium benzoate , and talc as nucleating agent for PET crystallization improvements . This experiment found through the study of the dispersion of the glass fibers , glass fibers ( length 3mm by KH550 processing ) in the water, a phenol / tetrachloroethane , KH550 ethanol solution can not be dispersed in the PET of the phenol / tetrachloroethane the solution can be uniformly dispersed, and the concentration of the solution , dispersion great impact , glass fibers , glass fibers can not be dispersed when the concentration lt; 0.2664g/ml 0.4444g/ml a solution in 100ml of concentrations (90 ℃ , PET the maximum amount of dispersion in a saturated solution) : 0.75g. Due to the dispersibility of the glass fibers by the solution concentration and the maximum limit of the amount of dispersion , and therefore directly to the large amount of glass fibers and the solution is impossible to mix the high content of glass fibers to prepare a PET composite material , Thus, the present study , proposed a new method , as follows: first by adding a small amount of glass fibers in the PET solution to ensure its uniform dispersion , and then glass fibers are filtered out , and then continue in the filtered solution under dispersing By this, it is possible to obtain a uniform dispersion of high content glass fiber PET composites. The tests show that the glass fibers are uniformly dispersed in the composite material , and the composite material isotropic . This study found that : the glass fiber content of 30% , the properties of PET composite material is preferably , bending strength 151.4MPa, impact strength 110.46KJ/m2 ; glass fiber length from 3mm increase 9mm , PET composite material bending strength 16.1 %, 62.3% increase in impact strength ; KH550 the fine coupling agent of PET / glass fiber system ; talc nucleating effect than sodium benzoate .
