Abstract


Based on the the probability continuum structure topology optimization design is an important new issues in the field of structural engineering research . In this paper, continuous structure based on the probability of static topology optimization and topology optimization of dynamic characteristics were studied . For static topology optimization problems , taking into account the structure of the physical parameters ( elastic modulus , mass density and allowable stress) and the role of case load of random variables , to establish the structural quality mean reducing it to an objective function, the topology variables as design variables , the mathematical model of plane stress probability constraints elastomer structure topology optimization design , gives a full stress criterion based topology optimization solution strategy , and take advantage of the reliability of the safety factor method of model reliability constraints the equivalent display processing . The example shows the correctness of the optimization model and solving method . Topology optimization problem of the dynamic characteristics of sheet structure of the object of study , established in the case to consider the structure of the physical parameters ( elastic modulus and mass density ) is a random variable , the mean minimal structural weight as the objective function , topology variable as design variables , with the dynamic characteristics inherent frequency probability constraints topology optimization design mathematical model, and proposes a new evolutionary criteria based on evolutionary optimization methods , the example shows that optimize the correctness of the mathematical model and solving the effectiveness of the methods and strategies of .
