Abstract


Voltage is the most important band for power. A reasonable reactive power distribution can not only guarantee the voltage, but also reduce active power wastage .the voltage and reactive power automatic Control of station can do that well. This paper presents a kind of voltage and reactive power control integral principle and concrete control strategy for 220KV three winding transformer step-down stations. According to the variety regularity of the load, a day is divided into four periods, valley turn to peak ,peak period and peak turn to valley period. Different control strategies have been employed in different periods. The voltage of low side has been treated as main control object, and at the same time the balance of reactive power and the voltage qualification and middle side has been considered .By pre-calculating the magnitude of the voltage and reactive power variety after being adjusted and basing on it, the strategy avoids frequently adjust.
