Abstract


The purpose of this study: to provide a high speed image acquisition equipment solutions for high-speed image recognition system. According to the the camera application environment and the current technology, an embedded line scan CCD camera design, which uses a DSP chip technology, and integration of image sensor technology and the programmable logic array technology to realization of the image acquisition and processing. The study of this thesis, including the hardware schematic analysis part of the linear array CCD image processing algorithm analysis section as well as camera production and debug several parts. This article discusses the structural principle of the camera. First of all, the camera work environment requirements to determine the operating mode of the camera. Then, analysis and comparison of the works of various solid-state image sensor and its photoelectric conversion parameters, and their noise generation mechanism. Then, the camera image acquisition analog front-end part of the circuit; according to the camera is required to achieve timing control and logic control functions required to analyze the feasibility of the use of programmable logic devices part of the high-speed camera control functions, using the CPLD function and how it works to achieve chip; comparative analysis of TI's C6000 DSP chip camera selected for the DSP chip, the DSP chip in the camera work to be done and give work flow chart; given a camera and a PC interface circuit works in that part of the final, and the actual circuit. The CCD image sensor is one of the most important components in the camera. Linear array CCD works, the principles and characteristics of the correlated double sampling noise suppression circuit analysis introduced several different noise characteristics were compared theoretically. To make the camera to have a compact structure, the use of a programmable logic circuit in the high-speed part of the camera control circuit, especially CCD working clock generator, FIFO dual port RAM and flash memory, and the like to read and write control circuitry. Also made a more detailed description of the FIFO double buffered reader. This article also gives the line array CCD image processing algorithm part, the first linear array of CCD image analysis of the characteristics, for the line array CCD image processing algorithm (mainly for the edge of the target of noise and CCD image along identification) were analyzed.
