Abstract


The dissertation is about the Jianmenguan scenic area’ stratum section, late Jurassic’ depositional system and sedimentary sequence, about the qualification and the process of being scenic. and emphatically deal with its geological background and sedimentary environment.Firstly, According to comparative sediment logy and the study of sedimentary sequences and cycles, Upper Jurassic in the study area can be divided into lake delta, alluvial fan and fluvial depositional systems. The depositional setting and evolution analyses reveal that Longmenshan napped structure belt should be responsible for the paleoenvironmental evolution and depositional system disposition of the study area in late Jurassic. The research results show that the main provinces come from Longmenshan mountain in the northwestern part of the study area.Secondly, research the structure of sedimentary rock. in the study area during Middle Jurassic and Early Cretaceous., believed to be related to woody plants, This suggests the flourishing of woody plants other than grassy plants at that geological time. The kind of vegetation further indicates the existence of a warm and humid climate from Middle Jurassic-Early Cretaceous. a kind of climate favorable for the development of the red basin. This investigation of the red sedimentary rocks shows that the molecular fossils have a high potential in recovering the pale environment, pale-vegetation and pale-climate.Then, the dissertation is to research the formation of Jianmenguan scenic area, classification, process, characteristic and briefly introduce the formative of danxia Landform, the gorge. Finally, attempt to probe into the relationship about geologic remains and sustainable development.
