Abstract

Field experiment, observe and analyze comparative study Commelina diversity mode of reproduction, its conclusions are as follows: (1) Commelina seeds are large species of the ground, on the ground in the species, the race of the ground and underground species, underground in the kinds of underground small species of the six types. Morphological characteristics of different seed dormancy and germination characteristics. (2) Commelina the aerial reproductive branches, surface the reproductive branch and underground reproductive sticks of three kinds. Surface reproductive branches and underground reproductive branches without leaves, underground reproductive branches, non-photosynthetic pigments. (3) Commelina aerial male flowers, the flowers of the closed-pollination bisexual flowers in flowering pollination bisexual flowers and closed pollination bisexual flowers and surface and underground closed-pollination bisexual flowers five different characteristics. (4) the Commelina aerial flower of about five months, flowering in July to September, the peak flowering period of nearly 70 days. Flowers are usually the first flowers of the aerial flowers inflorescence of male flowers, male flowers lend a spathe completely open after 30 ~ 35min, subsequently 40 ~~ 45min, flowering pass powder type hermaphrodite flowers open. Male flowers bloom last 4 ~ 5h, the powder type hermaphrodite flowers flowering pass last 2.5 ~~ 3.5h. Rainy days, Commelina flowers and flowering peak of lag hour or more, and flowering time. (5) aerial flowering pollination bisexual flowers usually stigmas protruding bud, first the pollinators for broadband fine abdominal Syrphidae (Sphaerophoria macrogaster). The aerial the closed flower pollination bisexual flowers, surface closed-pollination bisexual flowers and underground closed-pollination bisexual flowers self-pollination depends on their style curling and winding anther, pollen extrusion and adhesions stigma. (6) the Commelina normal growing plants, and in vitro cloning independent growth of male and female combination of features larger changes. Aerial flowering pollination bisexual flowers, aerial closed pollination bisexual flowers, the surface closed pollination bisexual flowers and underground closed pollination powder type hermaphrodite flowers of the P / O ratio were 5818,3532,558,546. (7) cultured the Commelina the pollen germination rate differentials. The size of the germination rate: solid medium gt; care medium gt; liquid medium. The germination rate of pollen on the stigma is less than solid medium, and greater than the liquid medium. (8) the type of hormones or hormone type and concentration of two factors interaction, the Commelina the underground sexual reproduction there are significant differences; film covering four different colors for the of Commelina six types of seed plants of the underground sexual reproduction is different 's. (9) Analysis of variance showed that different types of seeds in different seeding density Commelina six types of seed progenies the underground sexual reproduction exists significant impact; correlation analysis, the Commelina the Sexual Reproduction and density and seed type significant or very significant correlation. (10) for the the Commelina biological characteristics of effective measures proposed Integrated Control of the weed species.
