With the initial completion of the Human Genome Project and other model organisms genome project , the the bioinformatics research focus from biological data accumulation Go to integrate biological data processing . Thus , the analysis of biological information system and its data mining become a hot research field of bioinformatics . However , due to the complexity of the application of biological diversity and its analysis of the data , it is still not a universal build models to meet the development needs of the bioinformatics analysis system , especially the speed of viral genome evolution , the rapid growth of data , update data , mining put a higher demand . Virus genome , its general system model , the data is automatically updated , gene cluster analysis and key technology research . On this basis , building the Newcastle disease virus (Newcastle Disease Virus, NDV) biological information analysis system . The research contents are as follows: 1 . Analysis of biological information system model based on multi-layer architecture . Bioinformatics analysis data management system , integrated applications , on the basis of summing up the general workflow of the bioinformatics analysis system , put forward a multi-layer architecture generic analysis of biological information system model this model can model in ordinary tier architecture model based on the increase in data processing layer , it is better to solve the bio - data format conversion , processing, integration, updating . Web-based biological data automatically . Proposed a practical based network processing agent program , described in detail the design and implementation process of the program algorithm and in NDV analysis system has been applied and achieved good results for bioinformatics data automatically download updates . At the same time , the technology can be used for other biotechnology research areas , with good versatility . 3 K center density-based clustering analysis . For nucleic acid sequence clustering the K center clustering scheme based on density and has been applied in the new virus warning . The experiments show that the program compared to the traditional K center clustering algorithm , less initialize the ideal number of iterations and higher accuracy rate .
