Acidic pit water (acid mine drainage, AMD), usually refers to the mine waste tailings leaching water, they showed a particularly acidic, containing high concentrations of metal (iron, aluminum, manganese, or other heavy metals) and non-metallic ions has become a huge economic and environmental burden. The autotrophic bacteria, such Aciditiobacillusferrooxidans, L.ferrooxidans A.thiooxidans and A.caldus such as acid mine water, there is a variety of prokaryotic mineralization. AMD in the presence of diverse flora together the combined effect of accelerating the oxidation of the ore, causing tremendous environmental pollution. Biological prevention strategies as an of today the AMD wastewater treatment effective method one study there is great significance of the AMD microbial species and its structure. Dongchuan copper mine is located in the eastern part of China's Yunnan province, has more than four hundred years of mining history, the altitude of 1800 meters above the perennial low temperatures. Dongchuan copper mine for a typical sedimentary copper mine, the rich resources of its implication, is China's most famous native deposited copper mine. Study of the Dongchuan copper AMD microbial community structure conducive to prevent acidic wastewater, environmental protection, and for industrial processing. This paper mainly studies the Dongchuan Copper Mine geochemical properties of the three plots, through the establishment of the 16s rRNA gene clone database to evaluate the community structure of acidic waste water, to discuss their geochemical properties, temperature, pH, and ionic concentration of the microbial community the impact of the structure. Restriction fragment length polymorphism and 16s RNA PCR amplification and sequence analysis of microbial community structure in Dongchuan, Yunnan Province, China chalcopyrite acidic leaching wastewater (AMD). Leaching microorganisms such as At.ferrooxidans; L.ferrooxidans but found very little, only found four of The OTUs in each of the two plots.
