Abstract


With the development and popularization of network technology, Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives.How to guide network consensus effectively is one of focuses of decision-makers and oversight. Community structure exists in complex networks. Research and application of community detection is one of the focuses of many recent researches in the branch of complex networks.Research of community detection contributes to a better understanding of network structure,analysis of network characteristics, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.First, this paper not only studies the theory of the field of complex networks, including research models, basic nature and community structure,but also analyzes deeply the main community detction algorithm and summarizes the problem and improve direction. In addition, social network analysis theory including basic concepts, research methods, research contents and commonly used parameters is studied.We research its application about network consensus aspect.Next, in this paper, we define some parameters including user prestige degree, centrality, intermediary degree, closeness and other parameters on the basis of social network analysis.With an eye for network consensus leader analysis, we design and implement a program using Java to mine network consensus leader based on social network analysis method.It is helpful for us to analyze user activity degree and leadership, which is the foundation of detecting network consensus guidance system.Then, this paper studies and summarizes the main community detection algorithm from the point of view of network consensus. The existing hierarchical clustering algorithm is improved introducing the concept of interest in the probability of tree. Based on the above work, this paper proposes and implements a program of network consensus group detection using Java with the foundation of improved detection algorithm. We also design and implement GN algorithm using Java language and the mining algorithm will be designed for GN algorithm for comparison.The results show that this algorithm improves the community structure of accuracy and reduces the time complexity of the algorithm.Finally, on basis of research about network consensus leader mining and network consensus group mining, the article further designs and implements network consensus guidance system and verify its feasibility and effectiveness through running experiment.
