With the continuous development of human society and the industrial economy, the over-exploitation of natural resources undermines the the originally very fragile aquatic ecosystems. A large number of pollutants into the natural water bodies due to long-term neglect of wastewater treatment and reuse, even worse, so that the already grim situation of freshwater resources. Practical experience at home and abroad show that the secondary effluent after regeneration treatment supplemental source of water for the urban landscape water, reducing the pollutants discharged into the natural environment, and safeguarding the natural environment, but also significantly ease the city's water shortage problem, improve the comprehensive utilization of water resources, and to meet the city's demand for recreational water environment. Currently, more and more research has focused on the study of the method and effect of improvement of the water quality in the reproducing. Tianjin attaches great importance to the management and improvement of urban water environment, in particular the development zone will be renewable sewage as the future development of the strategic resources, and actively carry out the demonstration project of sewage resources and infrastructure as the main content of the water landscape, water ecology. TEDA renewable water landscape river building a combination of local resource conditions and water characteristics of the environment, the use of reclaimed water as the only source of water of the river replenishment, city water ecological environment improvement and urban use of reclaimed water, effective integration of landscape and environmental construction. In this thesis, TEDA recycled water landscape river Nitrogen, phosphorus of the purification treatment effect in a pilot in eight different ecological purification the unit regeneration Nitrogen and phosphorus purification effect. The former by the different position of the entire river water samples for quantitative analysis to understand from the water to the water, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients to analyze the effect of the purification of the river on the nutrient concentration changes in the river channel; latter will be applied in the river the different purification engineering technology separated and individually set, compare different purification unit of renewable water purification effect. Test to verify the optimized combination of purification engineering technology landscape river water purification function, provided for the selected works program the real ecological restoration and water purification forecast effect, and to provide a basis for the operation and management of the river channel. The main findings are as follows: (1) plant compound wetland bed nitrogen removal rate is higher than the a purely ecological gravel bed, submerged plants and no bait fish purifying pool purification system on the river influent nitrogen load strong buffering capacity. Best cattail nitrogen removal between different plant wetland bed, canna nitrogen removal of the worst, and the influent nitrate content no significant impact on the level of the bed emergent plants purifying effect. (2) the ecological purification unit blank pool, the removal of total phosphorus and phosphate to the the cattail composite wetland bed best, most stable, the average removal rate of 72.2% and 79.2%, respectively. (4) the space distribution of nutrients from river water point of view, the water column nutrient concentrations direction of flow along the river channel in order of decreasing water purification is a vertical along the river channel gradually advancing process. During the study period, with the total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen concentration in the river the water, the removal rate is gradually increased. The river water average total nitrogen and nitrate removal rates were 63.7% and 92.7%, the average total phosphorus and phosphate removal rates were 64.6% and 83.4%, respectively. How much and purifying effect of river water nitrate and phosphate content will directly affect the water column total nitrogen and total phosphorus content. (5) in the growth of aquatic plants in the river, the growth of location, no significant effect on its aboveground nitrogen and phosphorus uptake. River purifying effect of nutrients and plant growth cycle is closely related with the physiological activity of the microorganisms, has obvious seasonal. The paper points out the inadequacies in the study need to be further addressed, prospects and future research directions.
