Abstract


Environmental issues is the focus of most countries in the world today, for effective monitoring of the status quo and change of the environmental advantages of remote sensing technology. The use of remote sensing technology in real-time and easily extract information of the ecological environment, environment for people to fully understand the current situation and its evolution law provides an important basis for the rational use of land and governance environment. In this paper, the 1989, 1996, TM, 1999, and 2005 and 2003 SPOT-5 5 data Panzhihua vanadium titanium magnetite - Baoding coal mining area land use / cover change monitoring; utilize 2005 years SPOT-5 data and study area other relevant historical data on the state of the environment of mining area to conduct investigations and monitoring; the 2006 Quickbird data and statistics for the investigation and monitoring of Baoding Coal ecological environment. The same time, the environmental characteristics of the study area, trend analysis, and to given environmental governance measures and recommendations. The study includes: (1) remote sensing digital image processing. Including ortho-correction, geometric correction, band synthesis, fusion. (2) human-machine interactive interpretation. In 1989-2005 Area Land Use / Cover Change Information Extraction; the 2005 mining Status information extraction; 2006 Baoding coal mining area environmental information extraction. (3) the establishment of a dynamic database mining land. (4) production of maps: study area from 1989 to 2005 land use / cover dynamic monitoring series of maps; 3D remote sensing image of the study area, mineral resources development status of remote sensing monitoring plan; Baoding coal mining area ecological environment remote sensing monitoring Figure Figure parts production. Concluded as follows: (1) the overall trend of the land use types in the study area from 1989 to 2005: the mining of occupied of woodland xxx.90 ha of grass xxx.71 hectares, xx.61 hectares of arable land, and ecological restoration only xxx.61 hectares. (2) development of mineral resources in the study area in 2005 occupy xxx.16 hectares of arable land, no-till agricultural land (mainly woodland and grassland) xxx.44 hectares; natural recovery of vegetation area xx.85 hectares; triggered by mining (or potential) landslide 23 8, mudslides; illegal mining (mainly undocumented exploitation) 3. (3) 2006 Baoding coal mining area caused by coal mining or potential landslide 13 mudslides 4 11 mining subsidence; emit large quantities of soot caused by atmospheric pollution area xx.59 hectares by coking enterprises, coal washing area of ??water pollution caused by to x.84 hectares, dust pollution caused by the ore transport and stacking area hectares xxx.17; x.53 hectares of ecological restoration and governance area. Practice has proved that the exploitation of the status quo and dynamic monitoring of remote sensing applied research, scientific basis for sustainable development of mineral resources, as well as other types of mine monitoring studies provide effective and feasible technology processes and ideas.
