Abstract


In recent years , sustainable development is experiencing a shift from the general conceptual and qualitative research to quantitative research , carrying capacity is one of the core of sustainable development metrics and evaluation studies . In this paper , on the basis of research results at home and abroad carrying capacity , Jiangxi Province , and adopts the principle of the state space method , the goal of regional sustainable development , the establishment of regional resources and environmental carrying capacity evaluation index system , through principal component analysis for 2004 the years eleven cities in Jiangxi Province resources and environment carrying capacity analysis ; put forward the concept of relative resources and environment carrying capacity , and calculated in Jiangxi Province in 1998-2002 relative resources and environment carrying capacity . Concluded by calculating the proposed measures . The paper is divided into six parts: ( 1) on capability and resources and environment carrying capacity in a review , put forward the background and significance . (2) In accordance with the characteristics of the ecosystem , the sustainable development of the regional objectives, description of the relevant theoretical basis . ( 3) According to the basic principles of the state space method , the member regional resources and environmental carrying capacity formulas and models. (4) With reference to the relevant principles of the index system was established to build resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation index system , an empirical analysis on the Jiangxi Province eleven cities . (5) Dynamic Analysis of Jiangxi Province, the relative carrying capacity of resources and environment . ( 6) According to the results of the analysis , to propose a solution .
