Abstract


In China, every year a large number of hazardous chemicals to go through the road transport , these mobile sources of danger during transport due to a lack of supervision , easily accident , a serious threat to people 's life and property security , and the construction of socio-economic cause extremely bad impact. This paper discusses the mobile hazard accident causation theory . Seen by the theory : removable to prevent accidents of dangerous source , you need to strengthen the monitoring of mobile hazard during transport ; want in a timely manner to carry out an effective emergency rescue work after the accident , to control the hazards of the accident . Mobile hazard monitoring , monitoring principle analysis, monitoring implementations comprehensive utilization of Global Positioning System (GPS) , geographic information systems , global system for mobile communications systems , and other related technologies , and related experimental verification the feasibility of monitoring , preliminary dynamic monitoring of mobile hazard . On the basis of the monitoring to achieve , through access to information and analysis to determine the people , means of transport , carrying material and environmental factors as the evaluation index , the use of multi-level hierarchical analysis - the method of fuzzy mathematics fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of monitoring the object security judge , mobile hazard warning . On this basis , VB6.0 software as the system user interface development and programming tools to develop early warning software system , enter the necessary parameters to automatically come to judge the results , improved early warning of speed , accuracy , and system the degree .
