Abstract


The random area design was adopted in this experiment. Fresh Alfalfa and Dried Alfalfa took as material, the water content were 80% and 60% respectively. The effect of adding 4 kinds of different lactobacillus additives, 1 kind of enzyme preparation, 1 kind of lactobacillus and cellulose enzyme admixture on Alfalfa silage quality was studied. Again these 7 kinds of silages were assessed to adopt In Vitro Gas Production Method.The result show:1) Adding biological agents to the fresh alfalfa grass, the OM content of silages were higher than the raw material(p<0.01), the CP content of silages were lower than the raw material(0.01<p<0.05), the NDF and ADF content of silages by adding lactobacillus additives were higher than the raw material(p<0.01), the NDF and ADF content of silages by adding enzyme preparation and lactobacillus and cellulose enzyme admixture were lower than the raw material(p<0.01).2) Adding biological agents to the dried alfalfa grass, the OM content of silages were higher than the raw materia(p<0.01),the CP content of silages were lower than the raw materia(0.01<p<0.05),the NDF and ADF content of silages were lower than the raw materia(p<0.01).3) Adding different biological agents to the fresh alfalfa grass and the dried alfalfa grass had significant influence on the silage ferment process. They can accelerate the lactobacillus to multiplication fleetly, advance 2-3days falling pH rapidly, and represent the dynamic ferment state of go up first behind lower, in the meantime, they can promote the carbohydrate resolve, the WCS content fast decrease first, behind the reduction even slow, represent the dynamic variety trend, provide more ferment material for the lactobacillus, accelerate the ferment, repress other harmful microorganism of breed, raise the quality of the silage.4) Taking all 14 disposals as material, carring on Vitro Gas Production Method for evaluation the nutrition value of alfalfa silage, compared the disposal of adding biologic silage additive after drying alfalfa with the disposal of adding biologic silage additive to fresh grass, and found, the former’ produce gas trend were obvious, producing gas quantity were consistent, producing gas pinnacle stand back, showed the significant influence on Yak rumen produce gas quantity after adding biologic silage additive to silage alfalfa (p<0.01).5)Analyze the effect by different additives synthetically, lactobacillus and cellulose enzyme admixture is the best one, following is enzyme preparation, third are lactobacillus additives.
