Abstract

Objective:The study was an objective evaluation to assess the clinical curative effect of ectopic pregnancy treated with combination of traditional chinese medicine and laparoscope; On the view of clincical science, the research explored the effective therapia way and Chinese crude drug in order to revive the function of fallopian tube and increase the rate of intrauterine pregnancy.Methods:1、Elect 80 patients suffering from ectopic pregnancy who were accepted the laparoscopic operation during mon, 2005- dec, 2006. They were divided into two groups according as 1 to 1 in random, 40 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and laparoscope, and the other 40 cases treated with laparoscope alone for control.2、The observations were focused on symptoms、the circumstance of menstrual flux and correlated laboratory’ s indicatrix(especially HCG in blood)and lastly the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube.3、The duration was 3 months with 2 courses.Results:1. The average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed three days in the treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and laparoscope was 54.80%±:7.22%. And that of the treated with laparoscope alone for control was 53.25%±:6.81%. There was no distinct difference among the two groups on the average decreasing rate ofβ-HCG after employed three days (p＞0.05).2. The average time of serumβ-HCG restoring to mormal level in the treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and laparoscope was (7.78±2.97)days. And that of the treated with laparoscope alone for control was (9.05±3.63)days. There was no distinct difference among the two groups on the average time of serumβ-HCG restoring to mormal level (p＞0.05).3. The data showed that during the 40 cases treated group with the method of combination of traditional chinese medicine and laparoscope, the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube was 72.5%(29 cases out of 40 cases); the rough rate of fallopian tube was 15%(6 cases out of 40 cases); the obstruct rate of fallopian tube was 12.5%(5 cases out of 40 cases). And during the 40 cases treated group with the method of laparoscope alone for control, the unobstructed rate of fallopian tube was 45%(18 cases out of 40 cases); the rough rate of fallopian tube was 32.5%(13 cases out of 40 cases); the obstruct rate of fallopian tube was 22.5%(9 cases out of 40 cases). There was obvious difference between the two terms through X~2 test (P＜0.05).4. The observation about security: There was no adverse reaction in both two terms.Conclusion:1. The raise of the inchoate diagnostic technique about ectopic pregnancy creats the conditions for reserving the function of fallopian tube.2. According to this study, the laparatopic conservative operation is scarcely harmful, come back sooner, and there is little bleeding in the operation, clinics advise to adopt the laparatopic conservative operation for the patients who can be treated with conservative treatment and who areeager to procreate.3. And the application of the traditional chinese medicine conduces to decrease the obstruct rate of fallopian tube and to revive the function of fallopian tube.4. The combination of TCM with Western medicine can effectively increase tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate, decrease rucurrent EP rate and secondary infertility rate in treating EP.
