Cloud computing is an Internet-based computing, so require it as the power grid, can share resources, application, and provide information services like computer or other terminal equipment. Cloud computing is evolved from parallel computation, grid computing, load balance and so on many kinds of technology, and does not just happen. With the rapid development of the Internet, network hardware infrastructure and IT technical level is also in constant improvement, it provide a broad space for cloud computing research and development. In foreign, large cloud computing service providers have Microsoft, Yahoo, Google and Amazon, In the domestic, such as Alibaba, China mobile, ShuGuang are make great contributions for China’s cloud computing development.Using cloud computing, securities industry can put all business (stock quotes and trading, simulated trading, strategy trading, F10, information release, user management, SSO, customer analysis, stock pool, voice broadcasts, expert consultation, analysts blog, investors education, instant communication etc) to an unity platform, such not only save a securities company customer management costs, new business promotion cost, and reduced the cost of subsystems maintenance. In addition, using the characteristics of cloud computing, it can manage and maintain the branches (such as the sales department) system by remote. Taking cloud computing technology, based on the network marketing service platform, in achieve income generation at the same time, still can improve the industry’s core competitiveness.This paper introduces the research situation of cloud computing and securities network marketing service platform in the domestic and foreign, analyzed the trends and problems in network marketing the securities industry.From the angle of software engineering, this paper discussed the design idea and design method of security company network marketing service platform, then make the system requirement analysis, feasibility analysis, general design, detail design, coding and testing.With Java, Flash technology and cloud computing theoretical knowledge, on the basis of system development, this paper expounded the design methods and steps of the securities industry’s cloud services platform.
