Abstract


In our country, the new agricultural insurance system has explored in 80’s, test run at 2009. Strive to spread across the country in ten years. As same as to build system of new agricultural insurance, the establishment of a complete a set of business processes and information management systems is very important, only by establishing a new business and adapt business processes and information systems to adapt to new business working environment. This thesis set by the States and the new business of processing requirements, data standards and the establishment of new types of business process technology, to standardize operational processes to business operations under the jurisdiction of district staff personnel of agricultural insurance and receive payment, and information management and processing.The subject comes from the new agricultural insurance MIS project of binhai district insurance bureau. This thesis mainly discusses the project’s needs analysis, the overall analysis and design and realization aspects of project development. After read a great deal of relevant technical documentation and reference papers, guide by software Engineering Theory, this thesis mainly discusses the design and development of the binhai district insurance bureau MIS, The issues this study design, the first rural social endowment insurance management information system functions and non-functional requirements for research and analysis needs in the system based on the analysis, combined with informationization of agricultural insurance business. Select the C / S structure as the standard system, and application software system modeling the structure of the system functions as well as the functional modules of analysis and design, The system consists of basic information management module, payment management module, receipt of information management module, fund management module, query statistics management, system management module, and the function modules are designed in detail. Based on the detailed design of function modules,We using. NET Framework technologies as the development platform, C # as development language, adopt the windows programming technology, with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development environment; realize the function of the system finally.The final realization of the system to meet the Coastal Zone Social Insurance Administration Bureau of rural social endowment insurance information technology functions and non-functional requirements, basically reach the goal in building up the system. This thesis has some theoretical and practical significance.
